Fucking My Real-Estate Agent Saved My Condo Deposit.

I always used to laugh when my girl friends told me they fucked this salesman or that salesman to get something discounted or even free. Until it was my turn to make a hug decision with regards to my financial future, I had never given this behavior to be of any real value.

Because I was a first time condo buyer, the real estate agent explained to be me that I wouldn’t get a mortgage unless I was financially prepared to pay a hefty deposit. They were looking at 10 – 15%. I had found the condo of my dreams, but it needed some work, so I was either going to have to find something cheaper or get financially creative.

I know you will think that this is one of those sex fantasies, but this is actually true.

I decided to get financially creative and called my real estate agent. I asked him to meet me to see if there wasn’t some other way we could structure this deal. He has the inside straight with bankers, and I was pretty sure he could do something.

I explained how much I wanted to buy this property and quite literally begged him to come up with some more creative financing options. He obviously wanted the deal and being the opportunist that some estate agents are, asked be to give him 10 minutes to make a few calls.

He made his calls and came back saying that he had arranged a special favor with the bank for me, but now he needed a special favor from me. I thought, oh..oh, here we go, this is what the girls talked about. This fat, fifty wanted a fuck.

“Sure”, I said, turning on the charm, “I found you sexy from the moment I laid eyes on you, this won’t be too difficult” I lied. “You decide the when and where and I will make it happen”.

He said “right here and now, and I’ll get the paperwork started over the weekend, you can sign and we will submit to the bank on Monday”!

Unfortunately I had to fuck him again before I actually got to sign the papers, but fuck him I did and you know it actually wasn’t so bad. When someone is doing something really nice to you, it is not that difficult to be nice to them.

In the end it all turned out well, I got my dream condo, he got a couple of fucks out of an attractive blond, and I saved 000. This money paid for my brand new beech and aluminum kitchen and my spa bath!
